Yes, you can use a black liquid liner and line your top lids, winging them out at the outter corners. Also, because I am Asian (Chinese) I have noticed that as a culture, many Asians have full lips. I would suggest you using a very high gloss, sticky, weighty gloss on your lips over a bright red lipstick shade. I would skip the lipstick to avoid looking fake. Also, do your hair in a very Asian way. (Straight, blunt bangs resting on your eyebrows, high ponytails with bangs clipped or twisted on toop of the head, etc...) Also, wear a nice red/pinkish blush because many Asians also have natural coloring in their cheeks and do not need blush, as I am.

uhmmm... wear eye liner and at the outer corner of your eye extend it upward.
but not too much because you dont want it to look fake.
and also put on conceiler under your eyes, because asians have really tight faces.
and you could also get dark blush, like brown colors but not too dark.
and with the blush put it under your cheekbones so that at makes them look higher up.
that is called contouring
