And many kinds of visas viz;student visa/work visa/skilled visa which have many kinds of restrictions like 20 hour/week maximum work, commitment to work with one particular employer, permission to work only in any specified type of work etc, are designed to exploit the poorer countries's people. Is it not inhuman? If the local students, who are generally well off, don't have any restriction on work/working hours, why foreign students are enforced with many types of restrictions? Is all this not open violation of human rights?

Reply:Yes, it is very enslaving and exploitive to move American industry to Mexico, thus employing people who would have worse jobs otherwise;
or to move the jobs to Indian, where their schools are booming, making India one of the best educated nations, to turn out people who can meet our standards--Indian doctors are highly valued in the West;
or to send them to Korea or China or where ever, so that more wealth is spread around the world.
