so i went and got the tattoo the woman said it was celtic but i didn't ask the meaning. me being irish i wante something to represent my heritage so i got this tattoo. it be great if someone could please help me with this

I showed this to a friend of mine and he said (his words, not mine!) that it means, "I am a gay Hibernian git who can't get out of the way of Dirk's dirk."
But I think he read a lot more into it than was really there.
From me, I'd say that it was pretty foolish to get a permanent tattoo from a stranger, without knowing what the symbol means.
