Reply:There are how-to-draw-manga sites if you google them, and there are also videos on youtube with step-by-step visuals--everything from the eyes to hair. Just search "How to draw manga" and you should get a lot of results.
Then, when you get the gist of the basics--try reproducing characters from various anime/manga using those techniques. It's good practice. :D
