There is too much negative space. The top corner and bottom corner are empty. You could have chosen to concentrate on just one group of people instead of the "big picture"

Which group is the real subject? The kids on the moped or the police officers?
Why the odd angle?
The group at the left edge of the frame draws the eye outside the frame.
Do some more study on composition.
Reply:Enigmatic. Could be telling a number of stories, or none at all. Compositionally iffy. There's a big hole in the middle of the shot and the group on the left is arbitrarily cut off. You can get away with ignoring/breaking the rules of composition if you do it with a certain panache. This isn't apparent here.
Reply:Wasted space, poor composition, big blown out white thing catches eye but has no place in image, poor angle.
Concentrating on the bike with the officers out of focus in background, straightening crooked image, might improve.
