What's something unusual that happend to you while taking a photo?
I always carry a camera,and one time in a restaurant I got a salad that just had incredible color. So I took a picture of it. The waitress saw me do it,and was unbelievably helpful for the rest of the meal. She kept asking if we needed anything and was just amazing afterwards. I think it was because she thought I was a food critic or something. Anyway it was funny!
What's something unusual that happend to you while taking a photo?
I carry my camera around everywhere and I constantly meet people who are interested in photography or are a photographer of some sort. It seems to be a great conversation piece and a great way to meet new and VERY interesting people!
I always get a different reaction from homeless people about my camera though, and it never gets old. Probably my many encounters with homeless people are the most unusual things that happen to me. One guy expected to become famous!
One of my favorite people that I've met through my camera though, is a man named Zues who went from being a fashion photographer in NY to making stone jewelry on the street for a living. He actually enjoys the jewelry making more than being a photographer.
